I bought this toner set and initially only installed the black cartridge as required and this. A few weeks later I installed the color cartridges and after careful troubleshooting no luck with the color and a new bug with black that worked previously. I sent them back to Revain and bought another Lxtec brand that was a few dollars more expensive but had a 5 star rating. Installed it on my printer (Xerox 6515) and everything worked right away. Hooray!
