it was a good chair for my husband to sit in my son's room and play video games. We used it probably 7 times and then it just broke while my husband was sitting on it. (Luckily he was safe and unharmed!) I've contacted the manufacturer for support but haven't received a response yet. I don't know if it can be fixed or if I'm sure it won't break again. Shame as it was comfortable and easy to use, nice color etc. Hope someone from the manufacturer/seller comes forward to fix this or replace the chair. Update: I contacted the manufacturer and they refunded me the full purchase price. Chair. They said they're making improvements. We liked the chair and may order another one to see if it's really improved. Excellent customer service company. Thank you!
