Waste of money best in Nail Art & Polish
I have been doing my own nails for years and use halogen powder. Ordered this because it would be nice to just paint with halogen effect. Unfortunately it does NOT work and is just glitter nail polish (if you like glitter nail polish that's nice). So if you want a halogen effect, don't waste your money and stick with powder.
