Turn Restrictions

BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE NOT USING AN MS WINDOWS PC WITH THIS MONITOR! After setting up this monitor, I was told by a Samsung representative that it does NOT auto-rotate when connected to a non-MS Windows PC. A Samsung support rep told me that EVERY TIME you want to switch from landscape to portrait and vice versa, you have to go into the OS settings and manually change the orientation. Also, you need to tilt the monitor before rotating it as the base gets in the way of the monitor when rotating. Also, the power cord is only 4 feet long. I think they saved a dollar in production costs that way.

Pros
