Total waste of money bands won’t stay put and it slides off! Yes I measured to get the right size the bands don’t hold well any movement and it slides it down. Don’t recommend for work or working out, material is cheap fair for price. I do not recommend for plus size woman i am plus sized and its not worth buying trying to save someones money and time.
