I wanted so badly to love this mattress! As soon as I received it I followed the instructions and also removed the blue and white lid so it fully flipped open. I've left it for over 72 hours and it's still very crooked. The right side is very crooked and my son could bump into the bars. What a big disappointment that was! I don't know how to return the mattress as it doesn't fit back in the box. but that's what i have to do. I will study mattresses again. Pity! Update: The company tried to fix the situation by sending another mattress. Unfortunately, he did the same, just not as bad. I decided it just wasn't worth the risk and got a refund. Customer service was pretty good which is why I gave it 3 stars. I hope they solve the bump problem.
