Pricey, but fountain pen friendly

Would I buy it again? Yes, but only if more affordable notebooks don't provide the same level of fountain pen friendliness. I'm over halfway through it in less than 2 months.---------------------------------------------------------Size: A5 (or very close to it), 80 sheets / 160 pages.Paper: 90 gsm Clairfontaine, made in France (this is printed on the 1st page). Cream color, lined, no numbering. Little to no feathering with fountain pens. Ink dries very quickly.Construction: The paper is divided into 10 reams and opens mostly flat, even at the start/end. The cover is a vibrant color, soft, and scuff-resistant.Fountain pen testing (mostly with Pilot Metropolitan fine tip):Pilot disposable ink cartridge (black, purple): No feathering, dries within 10 seconds.Diamine ink (Sherwood Green, Aurora Borealis): No feathering, dries within 5 seconds.Pilot Iroshizuku ink (ina-ho): Slight feathering with damaged nib, dries within 5 seconds.Pilot Varsity disposable fountain pen, medium point (blue): Minimal feathering (just a little jagged), dries within 5 seconds.Other pen testing:Pilot G-2 07 (black): No feathering, can take over 30 seconds to dry.Pilot V5 RT pen (red, blue, purple): No feathering, dries within 5 seconds.

Pros
  • The dots are subtle enough to not interfere with writing and drawing but still aid in keeping notes organized
Cons
  • The notebook may not have a hardback for users who need to write without a hard surface
