The first day I put them on, one slipped out of my earlobe unbeknownst to me, so I ended up working less than 8 hours. $23 for 8 hours or less? At this price, they should even have a tiny clear plastic ring on the back to keep them from slipping out of your ear. These little rings might cost pennies and I think the company should invest in them because we pay good money to buy their product and there is nothing more frustrating than losing them in a day. I will contact support to see if they are willing to replace the lost one. I will update this review when I get a reply.
