The product is generally good. It is very easy to assemble, so easy that I made it without instructions. This is where my problems with the product started. Once completed it was pretty obvious someone had returned it for some reason and it was sent back to me. The first thing that struck me was how crumpled the box was. This could be related to shipping so I can't blame the seller fully. The second thing I noticed was that when I opened the box there were no instructions anywhere. They may have been lost because the box was torn/dented. The second thing I noticed is that all of the screws are pre-inserted into the holes where they're going. At this point I was almost certain that the product would be returned and shipped back to me. A few screws were tight, but luckily none of them were twisted. One of these took a piece of foam from inside the seat with it when I unscrewed the screw to install one of the armrests. The bottom of the pillow isn't too worrisome as it's probably a 2" x 1" piece of foam that came out with the screw. The only real design flaw is the footrest. You basically give a wood screw as a stop. However, the hole drilled in the bracket where you will be installing this screw was not big enough for the width of the thread. Good product but I have doubts if I would buy again from this seller.
