Screen problems on computers and tablets

I am having problems with the screen. Only appears in the dark at night. On a gray screen, if the screen is all gray when you load apps or open settings, some areas of the screen are dark and the rest of the screen is light, creating an uneven distribution of gray. It does not appear as a uniform gray color on screen. The rest of the colors look ok. I don't know why this is happening.
