Everything works as it should. They look good on my gray crest, the amount of light is really good. I am using 9004 not the 9007 light element, I think they will be much brighter with 9007. One thing I didn't do during installation was disconnect the base from the light assembly. Out of the box, I just installed it. The install on my truck is a PIA, when the previous owner installed a manual ranch bumper he left no gap to remove the bottom bolts. You have to lie on your back and use a wrench and a quarter turn of the screws about 10 meters to remove each screw. If it wasn't for that, it would be an easy install. The bumper now has cutouts to allow you to install the bolts with a ratchet.
