PERFECT! So happy with mine. My measurements are 34B, waist 28 inches, weight 120 pounds, height 5 feet 4 inches. The medium size is perfect for anyone of that size and comfort level. Not crowded and enough space to maneuver. The dress falls to my ankles. Can go up a few inches. Great for summer time. Cotton material is semi-thick. You don't need a skirt.
