Review on π Gentex Frameless Auto-Dimming Mirror with HomeLink LongNeck Mount - ADVGENADLN by Joseph Ramos
2020 Toyota Camry LE 2.4L Gasoline with Lane Departure Warning.
Installed this long neck version of Gentex Homelink on a 2020 Toyota Camry LE 2.4L petrol with Lane Departure Warning. It took me about 2 hours to install. I connected the mirror to a 12V ACC switched via cigarette socket and chassis GND. The Homelink buttons ONLY work when the car key is in the ACC position or the car engine is on. The mirror has a very long transmission range and works great with my Chamberlain B970 1-1/4hp model, ultra quiet belt drive equivalent, battery backed smart garage door opener (has a yellow programming button) and two other buttons that I have programmed to work with Chamberlain which are purple and orange. The automatic dimming function works great too.
