I rarely write reviews, but having recently purchased two refurbished and two new HP Chromebooks (all of which will need to be returned at some point), I felt the need to let others know how terrible they are are. are. HP used to make great Chromebooks. They had SD card slots, removable/replaceable batteries, and an HDMI output. Now they only offer two USB 3.0 ports and tons of frustration. Every model I've purchased (including two of the above) crashed repeatedly, failed to load webpages and a simple script, failed to connect or restore my Google data, wouldn't update properly, and even shut down repeatedly. Consider yourself forewarned. Stay away from HP Chromebooks!
