Review on Enhance Comfort and Stability with ACE Adjustable Support: Innovative Wrap Around Design by Jeff Leu

So overall this product is well made and pretty cheap... I'm giving it a bad rating because it's practically useless and I can't wear it because of - for a design flaw. The Velcro, which is attached and fixed to the orthosis, does not get caught. Well most of the time it is, but the edge starts to peel off after a few minutes and the velcro then sticks to everything... My clothes and my mouse pad at work most of the time. It got snagged on my clothes a few times the first day I put it on, and when I try to wear it to work it keeps snagging on my mouse pad. And every time it gets hooked, it loosens a little more than more Velcro to cling to whatever catches it - my clothes or my mouse pad. It's incredibly annoying and who wants something glued to their clothes all day? I have attached photos so you can see. I've also attached an image showing that the tag/label is different from the listing image, although that doesn't really matter to me. Another reason for the low rating is because of these issues I wanted to return it about two days after receiving it and it said it was non-refundable. This is very frustrating for me because I have already had to order a new one because I can no longer carry it with these hooks. So frustrating. I hope this review helps someone with their solution.
