Very light and comfortable. I hardly feel them. I will only wear them at home when working out at the gym as they are a bit small and not for the shy. I bought the medium ones and I usually wear the small ones but they still fit well. They are not too tight at the waist. I washed them several times to see how they would look in the washer and dryer. They don't seem to be of very good quality because they will shrink. I noticed that they were very uncomfortable in the seat, and then I noticed that it was because there was a lot of extra padding accumulating in the back. Looking at them in the mirror, I noticed that the excess lining was showing underneath the shorts, which wasn't very flattering. One thing though, the inner lining is nice and offers good support, except that I show off my boy's contour a bit. I cut and removed the liner; The shorts fit and feel much more comfortable.
