I thought they were professional consultants who would always be able to guide me towards making positive decisions in my business life! They weren’t too helpful nor did their work seem productive at all for our team! The consulting process was very slow-paced with no results or benefits after many days/weeks since meeting them. Their prices are expensive compared to other similar companies out there so you really have nothing much else except your money back guarantee which can get costly if not used wisely enough. If needed we should use one but only as last resort because it will cost us more than its worth otherwise. Business matters as well as human resources issues need good advice from people highly experienced and trained professionals like these guys. Consultation sessions helped solve some employee retention problems within our organization. We made changes based on what they recommended such as increasing pay packages offered by way higher amounts along with increased hours when working on weekends etc. It has been over 2 years now without any major improvements.
