I've become a big fan of this brand of scissors. Overall they are well made, unique and edgy. I liked them so much that I started buying them and putting them around the house. This couple is no exception. I am a 5ft 11" woman with large hands and most embroidery scissors have finger holes that are too small for me. They are conveniently sized and easy to use. The scissors are heavier than I expected which gives them a nice touch. They cut fabric and paper, but not heavier things like cardboard. Although I don't know why you would use these scissors for that. (most likely this is the lightning effect) I did not find any flaws in the workmanship.
