Review on Sensory-Friendly Girls' Dresses: Discover the Comfort of City Threads Sensitive Clothing by Amanda Holmes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Thrifty mother is happy

That's way more than I would normally pay for clothes that aren't handmade. However, according to my four-year-old daughter, it was the "perfect dress" for Piglet's costume. I readily admit that this is a much higher quality than I expected. The selvedges are well sewn, the fabric is nice and soft, and thick enough that I don't feel like she needs to wear a tank top or anything underneath. It also withstood several rounds in the washing machine. I like dresses below the knee so I ordered a size 5. The sleeves are a little longer than necessary, but the length suits her very well! When they go on sale I'll probably buy a few different colors!

Pros
  • The fit was good and the color was great. Would buy again
Cons
  • The dress can ride up and expose the child's underwear.
