Really helps with arthritis knee pain relief

Sleeping with this pillow has made a world of difference to me. Arthritis means that kneeling on top of one another when sleeping is quite uncomfortable. This pillow sits comfortably between them and the strap helps keep it in place even when I roll over in my sleep. The cover is theoretically loosened and removed for washing. I haven't tried it yet because I'm afraid it will be too difficult to get it back. This is the only downside I found.
