These rainbow film strips are beautiful but incredibly static. I tried cutting pieces of film to put in small plastic jars. But it was a total shame because every piece I cut out stuck to the scissors and especially my clean hands. I struggled to fit anything into the actual jar I was planning to store the film in and I've never dealt with a more static item. I tried licking the pieces to get rid of the static electricity, but that didn't help. Because the film is so light, it just sticks to you, making it extremely difficult to work with. I can't use them like I hoped. It took me 10 minutes to finally put a few pieces of cling film in the jar and I had to use a lid to seal each piece inside. It's a shame. These colorful foil strips are really great, even though they only shimmer on one side. But they're completely meaningless if I can't do anything with them.
