worked quickly and effectively for my depression
My psychiatrist recommended this when I told her about my suicidal thoughts. I can't remember exactly how many days I had to take them before I got better, but I think less than a week. It was definitely quicker than the average recipe. I'm still battling depression, but it's at a manageable (and safe) level now. I take one tablet of this every day. For full disclosure, I'm taking other prescriptions and another anti-depression supplement, but they're not enough anymore. This pill had a specific meaning.
