Very comfortable good for wedges and body positioners

I bought this to use after surgery when I had to sleep in an elevated position for days. This is by far the most comfortable wedge I have ever used. I was worried it would be uncomfortable with prolonged use, but I used it for a full week with no problems. This is the only wedge that has not caused neck/back pain. It's soft yet durable enough to feel supported. I slept so well with this wedge that I can continue to use it at night. The cover is very soft and I like that it can be washed.
