Great responsive seller, but the screen on this particular Chromebook was disappointing. If you're migrating from a Samsung Chromebook Pro, there's no way you can live with this screen. Although technically HD at 1200 or 720p, the writing looks blurry at any magnification and the color gamut is washed out. It's important to note as I just found out there are more than 1 x360 14b model. This is the n4000 model, while Costco currently offers the n5000 model with a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920, which I'm looking forward to. I don't know why HP put it out in the first place and although the screen is the only feature, that makes it unusable for me, it's still remarkable that it's the first 2-in-1 Chromebook. which actually includes Bluetooth 5.0. I'll talk about another model that's just a little more expensive.
