These are the best sunglasses I have ever owned. They come with three lenses for different purposes. The green Clairon mirror lens has a light transmission of 10%, the red AC lens about 41% and the clear lens 96%. Red AC lenses let in more light and make everything brighter. They're great for early morning or twilight activities, as well as playing golf. Two vents on the sides of each lens prevent fogging. Haven't used clear lenses yet, but plan to try them later at night while running or cycling so I don't get mosquitoes or other bugs in my eyes. Pros: - Tension adjusts to side of head - Adjustable nose clip - Interchangeable lenses - Anti-fog - Case and cleaning pouch included Cons: - Frame reduces field of view compared to frameless models (I don't mind that, but some people can)
