Neighbor broke the spool. I don't know anyone who has broken a bobbin while working on a regular sewing machine. But I suddenly felt like I ran out of SA156 reels after giving away some of mine. I prefer to use contrast yarn because I like it a lot. My embroidery always stands out. My mistakes are also visible, but I just have to do it myself. I have a soft spot for white yarn for my personal projects. I use different shades of white yarn and love to fill bobbins. However, my love of coil stuffing ends when I'm stuck in the middle of a project. So of course I have a lot of bobbins with white yarn. And I had a couple of empty roles. I now have a lot more coils and my fear of running out of coils has reduced. When these coils arrived I examined each one very carefully. I used to only buy original Brother SA156 Class 15 spools. Out of concern avoid buying things that are untested and untrue. Usually. But every once in a while, after a happy purchase, you just accidentally have to walk along the edge of a cliff. The beautiful box helped me with my decision. But when the spools arrived and they slipped around the box, I realized this wasn't going to work. Not a single bobbin from me will lead an unworthy existence: splashing, scratching and getting tangled in a tin can, no matter how beautiful it is. I found some nice soft pillows for my coils. If only you could see them covered and ready to take off. Oh wait I can take a picture so you can see I'm tending to my coils. I found a better use for a nice box. My coils didn't suffer from the separation from the move. I think they were terribly claustrophobic. Now they look brighter and more alert. This is probably due to the new window sills. I take them out of the drawer and put them next to my sewing machine. They like to follow everything that is happening around them. The box fits under the wide side table of my Brother SQ9185. (Her name is Susie Q, but she's quite shy.) In the photo I'm attaching, you can see the box has been promoted to supervisor. Some sewing ideas get into trouble or get lost if not pursued. I don't know if I should worry because I heard the box whisper "My darling." late at night. All in all it was a really good buy. I'm sure I will buy again because a new sewing machine can be added to the family. I need separate coils for this. Suzy Q is shy but she doesn't like to share and gets offended when someone suggests this. You can split the thread, but you should definitely not touch its spools. You never want your sewing machine to cry. It's not nice. Today I received a new spool of white thread, now I need to put the spools in. They're going to want to party and pretend they're drunk, and I've got to get them off that fast so they don't bother the neighbors all night.
