2T fit 25 months skinny and they are bootcut not skinny
They are advertised for girls (who knows why) but I bought them for my son. He is very thin, he is 25 months old. We ordered 2t. As you can see in the photo they are a bit big but I think they fit perfectly. These are NOT skinny jeans. They have a straight leg/boot cut. But they were so cheap and still look good so I don't care.
