UPDATE . I loved these pants, and was so happy with the fit (and length) until they developed little pin holes (in the seams & the rest of the fabric) after several cold water delicate cycle washings and hanging up to dry. I wish the fabric was better quality, I would even pay more for the fit. I was out in public and realized that you could see through little holes in these pants that stretched out quickly into larger ones over my rear. Honestly, I have never had this happen before, and back up the other women who stated they had problems as well. I know the price was good, but it is a pain to find a good fitting pant (I ordered 2) and then not be able to wear it more than a few times. PLEASE keep the style, but invest in better quality material, Viosi! I am so disappointed I threw both pairs in the trash can.I also had bought two other pants with pockets from Viosi, but haven't worn them much as I don't want the same problem, and don't want to be caught out in public again with holes in my pants!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------LONG ENOUGH FOR 5'7" AND TALLER! Quality pants, well made, not too hot, light compression, & comfortableCan't believe these pants are long enough for this 5'7" lady! If you are shorter you may need to turn them up, but if they are too short, taller ladies have high-water pants that can't be adjusted and they look ridiculous. Thank you so much, Viosi!Great fit especially if want extra coverage (high top) that has a slimming effect over waist area with flared legs that are very flattering (if you have a few extra pounds). Would think they would flatter a smaller figure as well, but not a real small waist as they are not tIght in that area. They stretch enough to accomodate multiple sizes so if size 12/14 and tall you could wear L/XL depending on how tight you like your leggings. I ordered sizes L & XL (little difference between the two since they stretch), and the L was a better fit for me. The spandex (very slight sheen) offers light compression, and LOVE having cotton as the main component. It is hard to find pants that can be worn year round in warmer climates that are soft, comfortable, thick enough to wear in public, and not hot. I did not find them to be too thin or see-through, although climates that have harsh cold winters may require warmer thicker fabric.I highly recommend these pants, and will probably order one size smaller when they are available as I would like to try a tighter pair for wearing with a long tunic top when not exercising.
