The product was easy to use (it's not as messy as many of these reviews say) and painless... it's not very good at grabbing hair I used this on my friend's shoulders and had to go through it 3 times (which you should NOT do) and still have hair left over This can work for a lot of people if you're interested in the product , I advise you to try it. Body Honee has a great return policy, so if you are not satisfied with it, you can always send it back to me.
