Almost but not quite
I was hoping it would be like the Thai wrap skirts I bought 20 years ago which are worn out. This is a very skimpy version :-( Fits a small waist and hips, but anything over 30" and the hem doesn't fit. The ruffles are also a lot less fluffy than I was hoping for. Fine. I'll skip that but I'll buy it me no more
