I have to recommend this company. They have fantastic customer service. My frame was unfortunately unusable because it was. The part that wasn't functional. I followed Revain's instructions and landed on their website. I was prompted to email my issue. The support team responded quickly and kindly apologized that I had to face the issue, after which they immediately sent a replacement. I've had way too many bad experiences with customer service lately, it's been so refreshing. I bought a 5x7 round frame. The quality of the product seems to be excellent so far. The base is heavy and durable. I may buy another frame from them in the future.
