I love hard wax and really hope they can improve.

I love hard wax and really hope they can improve the formula for it. It smells so good, unfortunately it doesn't work very well. Not hard enough on the skin. It remains slightly sticky, so hair is not removed as effectively. Some of the hair is removed, but not all. I love the smell and really hope they can change this wax to work the same as Gigi's other hard waxes.
