At first we really liked the bedspread. It was soft and very comfortable. After a few days on our bed, we noticed balls of white fur all over our bedroom. After realizing they were coming from the bedspread, my wife ran them through our dryer with no heat to fix the problem. The hair fall was so bad that I had to remove and clean the dryer vent which was full of fur balls. I've never had to do this. We put him back on the bed but the balls of fur kept coming back. We then asked for the blanket to be returned. The return was quickly accepted and we sent it back at our expense. Return shipping was NOT included. Three weeks after returning the bedspread we still have not received a refund. I contacted the seller, never received a reply. After contacting Revain we finally received a refund after a few days. I can't believe there are no more moulting complaints. It was bad.
