The thing does what it's supposed to: protect the changing mat from dirt or dirt. We have several of these and this brand is by far the best. It's incredibly soft and easy to clean. I don't know what magic they put into this thing, but it works really well. If you are looking for the perfect diaper bag then you have come to the right place. It also has small holes for the seat belt. I was worried that I might have to cut holes in it, but I didn't have to. It's good to go Just wash it before first use, like everything else. The first time our kid made a stinky mess on it, I took it straight to the sink to wash and didn't have to do much. It made an instant mess, like a waterproof garment when it collides with water.
