I have had a pair of these since 10/04/2016. I use them literally every day when I go to work and school and I'm always connected. for a run, and even on my day off I use them. That's 510 days of use. They still work great today. I recently wanted to buy a new pair that are 100% wireless. I bought two from two different brands and compared them to Paww headphones and I just couldn't bring myself to switch. I am returning these two pairs and will be buying a second pair to keep if that pair ever dies. They don't deserve their current 3.5 stars. I decided to write this review because these headphones are grossly underrated. The other two I bought (which I'm returning today) are somewhat comparable in bass but not loud at all, and yet they're rated close to 5 stars. I will rate them 4 when I return them. This pair has by far the best bass, volume and richness I have ever heard; definitely 5/5 stars. However I still want 100% wireless headphones so I will be ordering two more pairs from two other brands and comparing them to Paww headphones to decide which pair to keep as this pair of headphones is my STANDARD. I wish Paww had made them 100% wireless. Troubleshooting: Try different charging cables until you find the one that works best. I found a cable that fits perfectly and now it fits perfectly and my headphones charge perfectly. For 510 days, the headphones just didn't connect several times, and each time I thought - okay, that's it, they're finally dying. failed me. Not correct. All I had to do was "fake" this device on my iPhones (7+, X) and toggle the headphones on and off until they were paired. In 510 days I had this problem maybe 5 times. If I can't find 100% wireless headphones to match the sound richness of these, I'll have to stick with them. I wish Paww would make them 100% wireless because I'm tired of the long wire I wear on the front; I don't wear it around my neck for fear that it will pull in the tiny cables and then the headphones will stop working. CONCLUSION: Do not trust the 3.5 stars. Maybe someone has a defective pair, I don't know. But I have a good pair that worked 99% well and still work perfectly. These are 5 star headphones. Nobody paid me to write this. I am writing this because it is fair. I have tried other headphones and they are rubbish compared to these yet have higher ratings. I will be buying a second pair to have them ready in case my current pair ever die. I still want 100% wireless headphones though so I'll keep looking and comparing them to this pair as this pair is my standard.
