Had to spend over two hours

The vise was covered in black and the remains of the casting up and down the entire side are 1/8" wide and 1/4" tall. I had to use several files, sandpaper and about two hours of work. I still don't have all the tags that contain this black stuff. The picture they show is like walking into a Burger King and seeing a picture of a 7 inch hamburger only to get a 1 inch tall greasy hamburger shaped meal. I just hope it works.
