Updated: Below is my first review of this RS5 lumbar support pillow from RELAX SUPPORT where I gave it 5 stars and was very pleased. I had to use it for a while before I could rate it. After some use there were a few issues which in fairness I have to share as I just uninstalled it and plan on finding something that works better. For me the problem is the constant readjusting with straps etc. Getting in and out of the car I'm an older guy and with a large inflexible side I'm constantly trying to adjust it to fit my back area and even tighten the straps, he just doesn't want to stay for me. I will try to order something bigger and more contoured to keep it in place. This one is thrown. My new Hyundai Elantra seemed to be missing lumbar support so I figured this pillow might help. After reading the reviews and seeing that you can adjust it to your desired thickness, I decided to give it a try. It worked great. I used a medium thickness and that is just right. Definitely recommended and would buy again.
