These decals are no more reflective than regular metallic paints. They are also very annoying because they are difficult to remove and leave a sticky residue (after only a few days of use). To remove the residue I tried using a removal adhesive which (stupidly I hadn't thought of before) dulled the surface of the plastic it was stuck to, which is amazing considering I used it on my Used car and replaced for part would take exorbitant amount of time/money. If you want metallic black darts you could probably get a template and plastid to achieve this without the dreaded problem of leftovers after the fact. Don't expect glare, however, because even when exposed directly to a flashlight at night, they show little reflection to speak of as a "safety" feature, as the manufacturer claims.
