Bad management!
Poorly thought out circuitry, you press the power button and have to quickly set the temperature and time, and the indicator light goes out. There is no indicator that lights up to let the user know if the ceiling is on or not. Also shorted the control wire from the bottom of the duvet to the headboard. Bad bad design, the manufacturer should replace the controller to the buyers.
