These lights don't work

I ordered a box of 10. I have two kits that didn't work to begin with. There are two sets that I don't know about because I used lighted glass blocks that I donate or sell. I have six left. I'm not sure but not happy and I have my doubts. Yes, I ordered them in August but used a different brand at first.
