Product OK - In Ear Headphones
One set worked well the other only worked on one side. I wanted them to only replace what wasn't working, but that wasn't an option. The only option was a full refund and I had to send both back, even the one that worked fine. I just wanted them to replace one set but like I said I didn't even have the choice to replace it.
