I wear capes as summer dresses, but this dress is larger than I expected. It comes with a matching fabric belt that you use to tighten the center and then pull it up so it's still cute and flowy. Still, it's long enough to reach mid-calf to high ankle. I love this style and will be buying from the seller again next summer. I gave 4 stars for flattery because it was too big.
