HP Specter x360 13" Not Charging 13-AP0023DX. The laptop doesn't even recognize charging or any indication that anything is connected. However, it fast charges my Galaxy Note 10 with both USB jack and USB socket. Too bad Specter isn't supported. The description says the Specter 13 is compatible, but that doesn't appear to be the case. My regular charger is also an aftermarket charger and it works fine. I'll have a new cable in a few days and I'll try that if that makes a difference, but I doubt it will help.
