The hat may have been too tight, but it left an imprint on the forehead. I have a small head and my hair is straight and thin so I have to pull it tight so it doesn't stick together while I sleep. I like that it is silk and comes with 2 silk hair ties. I also like that my hair wasn't a mess when I woke up. I would recommend this bonnet to anyone looking for a bonnet for a good nights sleep.
