Poor customer service
One of the Samsung customer service representatives suggested that this model received our device. It obviously didn't work. So we contacted support again and were told it's the wrong remote for the TV we currently have. Now we have a useless remote control that we can't do anything but throw it away. Such a waste of time and money.
