I like that it's easy to use for both beginners as well as advanced users, which is great when you have multiple people using your software at once! It also has an excellent customer service team who are always willing to help out with any questions or concerns we may have. The only thing i dislike about this program is how long it takes to load sometimes, but other than that everything works fine. If I had to choose between two programs (Labor Edge vs. Excel), I would pick labor edge because of its ease of use and versatility. We're able to track our employees hours in real time instead of having to wait until the end of each week/month to see what they've worked during those times. This makes payroll so much easier and saves us tons of money by not needing to pay overtime rates.
