Review on Edward Tools Oak Claw Hammer: Durable and Precise for Exceptional Woodworking Performance by Justin Ferguson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

1st hammer is broken, 2nd is perfect

The first hammer I received had a slight play between the metal head and the wooden handle. This was because the glue that joined the two pieces had dried and cracked leaving a small piece that eventually came loose. Luckily I didn't really need a hammer so I planned on a simple return/exchange for the Revain and the replacement I received was perfect. No backlash and very strong hammer. I used it to drive nails around the house and install wooden furniture. I think it will last a very long time but will update this review if durability is in question. as long as you like it

Pros
  • hammers with claws
Cons
  • Slightly torn
