Ok the fan hub worked fine for me, I actually used it on a heat sink block for an external custom water cooling circuit for a dyno. Extreme OC and more. Pros: It works. It's pretty cheap for what it is. CONS: The location of the power cord is a little inconvenient at one end. The pwm cpu_fan signal connector is also in an equally odd place at the end so cables go in from all sides, which can work well in some cases, but I also see this working poorly. But I think this arrangement can be improved in terms of overall size to provide better overall wiring. MAJOR CONS: The power input and PWM signal cables are fairly heavy gauge cables, which means they're very thin. They are thin, not very flexible, and easily broken or damaged. I wish they had used slightly smaller wire just to make the wire a little bit stronger and harder to cut inside. The wires can also be a bit longer due to the thicker lines.
