I'm overweight, wear a size 50 pants and bought a 59" belt. It's a little long, but it can be cut. small and I don't wear suspenders. Trying to keep your pants up is a problem. Most harnesses have an overall adjustable strap length on the inside of the buckle that rests against your stomach and causes pain after hours of use. This belt won't hurt you, but it won't stay locked either. The problem is solved with a piece of black tape (see picture) or maybe superglue. The belt is light and thin and has enough elasticity to hold you in your panties. The outer belt buckle stays locked and releases easily, allowing you to tighten or take off your belt.
