This solution has brought orderliness to our supply chain management process. We are now able to see how our suppliers are performing compared to their peers in all aspects of business. The reporting capabilities of this solution is very powerful and we have been able to use it for several departments including procurement, human resources, finance, purchasing and shipping. The customer service team is great. They were always there to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Sometimes they could be slow to come back but they are quick to respond once they do arrive. We would like to give them credit for the great job they have done with this software. I cannot stress enough how pleased we are with this product. We can't imagine going back to using Excel spreadsheets and paper ledgers.
